Step by step

Choose your treatment, studio and time. A $20 deposit secures your booking. Tell us about any allergies, medical conditions or pregnancy when you book.

For a head spa, don’t wash your hair — it helps us read your scalp. For a facial, come with clean skin and avoid exfoliating for 2–3 days. Remove jewellery.

Plumpton has no waiting area, so please arrive on time and park on the spa driveway only. In Penrith you can relax in the waiting area inside KD Hair.

Your therapist asks a few quick questions and checks your scalp or skin, so the treatment is tailored to you.

Close your eyes and switch off. You can ask for more or less pressure at any time. We provide towels, robes and all products.

We gently dry your hair (no styling) or finish your facial with SPF. Pay the balance by cash, card or mobile payment, and we’ll suggest when to come back.

Just yourself. We provide towels, robes and every product.
Wear
Something comfortable. A towel protects your clothes during a head spa.
Allow
30 to 120 minutes depending on your treatment, plus a few minutes to settle in.
Skip
Heavy styling after a head spa and make-up for 6–12 hours after a facial.
Is it right for me?
Please tell us when you book if any of these apply. Most of the time we can simply adjust your treatment.
Most treatments can be adjusted. Please check with your healthcare provider and tell us when you book.
Tell us about scalp or skin conditions, allergies or medication. We may adjust or decline certain treatments for your safety.
If you’ve had a recent chemical treatment, injectables or a skin procedure, let us know so we can advise on timing.

Book online in a few steps. All appointments are booked in advance, and a $20 upfront deposit secures your time.
Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice and your deposit moves to the new booking.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shorter session or rescheduling, to keep things fair for other clients.
Cash, credit and debit cards, and selected mobile payment platforms. Full payment is due at the end of your session.
Please park on the spa driveway only — not on neighbours’ driveways or the grass.
Penrith has a comfortable waiting area inside KD Hair. Plumpton has no waiting area, so please arrive on time or wait in your car.
