How bookings, deposits, rescheduling and payment work at Saifaro Beauty.

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website. We work by appointment only.
A $20 upfront deposit secures your booking. Deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferred to your new booking if you reschedule within this policy.
You can reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice and your deposit will move to your new booking. Further changes or late notice may incur a fee or loss of booking. If you’re unable to reschedule, please contact us directly.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice (a no-show) will result in the full treatment cost being charged.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to a shortened session or the need to reschedule, to keep things fair for other clients.
Plumpton: there is no waiting area, so if you arrive early please wait in your car. Park on the spa driveway only and avoid neighbours’ driveways or the grass.
Penrith: a comfortable waiting area is available inside KD Hair.
We accept cash, credit and debit cards and selected mobile payment platforms. Full payment is due at the end of each session.
Please tell us ahead of time about any allergies, medical conditions, ongoing skin or scalp concerns, or if you are pregnant. Your safety is our priority, and we may adjust or decline certain treatments based on this information.
Please remove jewellery or accessories before your session. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
To keep the space calm, only clients receiving a service may enter the treatment area. Children or guests are not permitted unless arranged beforehand.
Mobile bookings are confirmed once we contact you. A travel fee may apply, and paid or unavailable parking adds A$20. We can only visit locations with lift access or easy ground-floor entry.
Loyalty card discounts cannot be applied to packages that are already on special or priced below the standard rate.
