Returns Policy
Unopened retail products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping. Opened products are assessed case by case for hygiene reasons.
Equipment faults reported within the warranty period are repaired or replaced free of charge — see our Servicing & Spare Parts page to start a claim.
Change Of Mind
Change-of-mind returns on unopened, unused equipment are accepted within 14 days, subject to a restocking fee for large items. Delivery and installation costs are non-refundable.
Damaged In Transit
Photograph any damage on arrival and contact us within 48 hours — we'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
