What The Certificate Is
A Saifaro Head Spa Academy Certificate of Completion, recognised across our own salons and partner businesses, confirming you completed the full practical curriculum.
What It Isn't
It is not a government-issued qualification. If your state or employer requires a specific licence for beauty services, confirm your own local requirements before booking.
Who It's Suited To
Beauty therapists, hairdressers and career-changers wanting a genuine, practical skill they can start charging for immediately.
Before You Book
Do I need any prior experience?
No — the Certification is designed for complete beginners as well as working therapists. No prerequisite is required.
What's the difference between the Certification and the Signature Ritual course?
The Certification is our foundational, no-prerequisite course. The Signature Ritual is an advanced half-day course open only to Certification graduates.
How far in advance should I book?
Classes are capped at six students and intakes fill early — we recommend booking at least four to six weeks ahead.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, on both courses — see our Payment Plans page for options.
On The Day
What should I bring on the day?
Comfortable closed shoes, hair tied back, and a change of top if you'd like. Full joining instructions are emailed after booking.
What does the day actually involve?
A mix of theory in the morning and guided hands-on practice on live models through the day — see our What Class Day Is Like page for the full breakdown.
Where is training held?
At our dedicated Sydney training studio in Penrith, fitted out exactly like a working salon.
After You Graduate
Do I get ongoing support after I graduate?
Yes — graduates can reach our team directly with technique or business questions, and get priority access to new equipment and product releases.
Can I add the Signature Ritual course later?
Absolutely — many graduates return for it once they've built confidence with the foundational technique.
Is there a directory I can be listed in?
Yes — certified graduates can request a listing in our Certified Directory, visible to clients searching for trained therapists.
Business Questions
Can I combine certification with Business In A Box?
Yes — certification can be added to the Growth or Premium Business In A Box packages, or booked separately at any time.
Do I need to be certified to buy Business In A Box?
No — Starter and Growth without certification suit owners who are already qualified or plan to hire a certified therapist.
