Terms & Conditions - Japanese Head Spa

By booking and receiving a treatment at Saifaro Beauty, you agree to the following:

Accurate Information:

I confirm that the information I have provided is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.

Allergies & Sensitivities:

I understand that treatments involve products applied to the scalp and hair. I have informed the salon of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect my experience.

Liability Release:

I release Saifaro Beauty and its staff from any liability for allergic reactions, irritation, or complications that may occur during or after the treatment.

Media Consent:

I consent to photographs and/or videos being taken during or after my treatment, which may be used for Saifaro Beauty’s social media, website, or promotional materials.

Deposits & Rescheduling:

All deposits are non-refundable.

One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Further changes or late notice may result in a fee or loss of booking.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us directly.

Salon Disruptions:

In the event of a salon equipment issue or emergency, Saifaro Beauty reserves the right to cancel your appointment. In such cases, any upfront payment will be fully refunded.

Punctuality:

Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the salon’s discretion.

Final Sale Policy:

All completed treatments are non-refundable.

Guest Policy:

To maintain a calm environment, only clients receiving a service may enter the treatment area. Children or guests are not permitted unless previously approved.

Right to Refuse Service:

Saifaro Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, poor hygiene, or signs of contagious conditions..

By booking and receiving a facial treatment at Saifaro Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Treatment Expectations:

I understand that facial treatments aim to improve my skin’s condition, but results may vary depending on my individual skin type, health, and lifestyle factors.

Health Disclosure:

I have fully disclosed all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and skin sensitivities to the best of my knowledge.

Aftercare Commitment:

I agree to follow the aftercare advice provided by my therapist to help maintain and protect my results.

Normal Skin Reactions:

I understand that some treatments may cause temporary redness, mild sensitivity, or breakouts as part of the skin’s natural response.

Liability Waiver:

I release Saifaro Beauty and its staff from liability for any unexpected or adverse skin reactions that may occur, especially if due to unknown or undisclosed conditions.
