All appointments at Saifaro Beauty must be booked in advance through our website. If you arrive early, we kindly ask that you wait in your car as we do not have a waiting area. Please park on the spa driveway only and avoid parking on neighbours’ driveways or on the grass.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice (no-show) will result in the full treatment cost being charged.
Please remove any jewelry or accessories before your session.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to a shortened session or a need to reschedule your appointment to maintain fairness for other clients.

We accept payments via cash, credit and debit cards, as well as select mobile payment platforms. Full payment is required at the end of each session.
All services performed are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we encourage you to let us know immediately, and we will do our best to address and resolve the issue.
